WE do
Design
Residents are free to bring their own preferred builder or designer in to the project. All designs will need to meet the project design guidelines and meet the minimum standards of 7.5 star energy efficiency, with 2.5 KW solar system and 10,000 litres rainwater storage per home.
Building
The process of building any house isn’t that easy. No mistakes are allowed, so the team of ours cares for every brick to be on its place.
