Design your own home
Designers
Residents are free to bring their own preferred builder or designer in to the project. All designs will need to meet the project design guidelines and meet the minimum standards of 7.5 star energy efficiency, with 2.5 kW solar system and 10,000 litres of rainwater storage per home.

The Cape has award winning builders working with our residents to develop beautiful, sustainable, comfortable homes with very low running costs.
