Aerial footage of our final stage at The Cape – the Ocean Views release!

We are excited to show you some aerial footage of our final and long awaited final release at The Cape – Ocean Views release​. These are the final 42 lots available at The Cape, and this release features homesites overlooking new parks, walking paths, wetlands and waterways, and many elevated homesites have uninterrupted ocean views across Bass Strait to Wilsons Promontory to the east, and Cape Woolamai to the west.

Our wonderful landscape team from The Sustainable Landscape Company have been busy creating new parks, fitness stations, wetlands, seats, granitic sand cycling and walking paths. The drone footage shows you the extent of the new wetlands, waterways and habitats establishing on this previously cleared site, and the construction team completing some of the new sections of pathways. These types of homesites are very rare in coastal Victoria and we expect very strong interest. We will start to release these lots from September onwards.
